Experience & Qualifications Needed: * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * 5 years of previous automotive sales experience is required * 5 years of supervisory experience is preferred * 1 year of Dealer System Management (DMS) experience Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities: * Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process. * Build relationships with customers to establish a customer network. * Provide training and support for the sales staff and assist in closing deals. * Help manage the productivity of the sales department. * Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth. * Works with salespeople on programs to increase sales and helps close deals when necessary.
