Join our brand-new, state-of-the-art BMW dealership in Long Island City, NY. We are seeking experienced and passionate Sales Consultants who are eager to grow within the automotive industry. Responsibilities: * Meet or exceed the dealership's monthly vehicle sales goals. * Prepare and process all sales documentation accurately in accordance with dealership policies. * Utilizes dealership CRM systems for prospect management and follow-up. * Maintain thorough knowledge of BMW products, features and sales practices. * Provide premium customer experience through professional and ethical sales practices. * Stay current on new products, financing options, and market trends through training and development programs. * Greet and assist customers promptly, identify needs and guide them through the vehicle selection process Qualifications: * Two years' experience in automotive or retail sales. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Professional appearance and demeanor. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as a part of a team. * Reliable transportation to commute to the dealership.
