We are expanding our lead generation operations in a key regional market and are seeking a hands-on, execution-focused Field Sales Manager to lead our outreach initiatives. This role is not focused on marketing strategy or brand management, but rather on coaching, motivating, and executing field efforts -- driving performance and leading a team of company Ambassadors to generate leads and deliver an exceptional customer experience. What You 'll Do: * Lead, coach, and develop a customer-facing team of company Ambassadors and Supervisors * Drive sales through non-traditional lead generation channels such as home shows, trade shows, and retail activations * Manage all aspects of hiring, onboarding, and performance management * Provide daily, hands-on leadership in the field -- this is a field-oriented role, not a desk job * Facilitate weekly training sessions, ongoing coaching, and field feedback * Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals * Own the execution and performance of weekend events -- weekend availability is required * Collaborate with leadership to review KPIs, sales forecasts, and staffing needs * Monitor and manage budgets to meet or exceed lead generation and cost targets * Foster a high-performing, competitive, yet collaborative team culture What We 're Looking For: * 3-5 years of experience managing a sales or retail team (experience in retail or related industries preferred) * Background in B2C, customer-facing environments -- no B2B or brand marketing experience required * Proven experience managing teams of 5-10 people in fast-paced, high-volume settings * Strong communication skills with the ability to coach and motivate * Comfortable with hands-on leadership and working weekends * Familiarity with guerrilla-style or field marketing is a plus * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus) * Valid driver's license required Compensation & Benefits: * Competitive base salary plus performance bonuses * Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance * 401(k) plan with company match percentage * PTO * Student loan repayment program * Company-sponsored annual incentive trips * Supportive, team-oriented company culture Ready to Lead from the Front?
