Southern Impression Homes is a builder of single-family homes and multi-family units for both the BTR and owner-occupied markets in Florida. Headquartered in Jacksonville, the company is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking a Sales Assistant to help the sales team achieve sales goals through marketing and business development activities. General Duties and Responsibilities: * Oversee MLS activities such as providing MLS Data CMAs as needed, maintaining MFL memberships for the purpose of listing Southern Impression's properties, ensuring all inventory is listed in the MLS, manage all pending and sold activities for accurate appraisal reporting and monitor all listings for accuracy and presentation * Analyze current market conditions, customer research and competitor information to increase market capture In conjunction with Marketing Department, coordinate marketing, advertising and promotional efforts * Collaborate with sales team to ensure effective marketing efforts * Assist management with resolving contract issues * Create and distribute various reports * Basic administrative duties * Assist sales team as needed Qualifications: * Track record of success in a similar position * Strong knowledge of sales techniques * Experience with and understanding of the processes of the homebuilding industry * Understanding of real estate and real estate transactions * Behave with appropriate tact, personal integrity and maintain and open mind * Project a positive image of the company * Able to form and maintain positive and cooperative work relationships * Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills * Outstanding organization and time management skills * Willingness to learn and grow in position * Strong attention to detail and follow-through abilities At Southern Impression Homes, employment decisions are based on personal capabilities and qualifications without regard to race, creed, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, ancestry, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected characteristic as established by law.
