Job Title: Internet Sales Manager Location: Hermitage, PA Pay: $70,000 - $80,000 Per Year + Performance-Based Bonus Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and tech-savvy Internet Sales Manager to join our clients busy automotive dealership. In this role, youll be responsible for managing all online sales opportunitiesfrom handling internet leads and live chats to following up with customers and closing deals. Youll be the connector between our online presence and in-store sales, ensuring every customer enjoys a fast, friendly, and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Respond quickly and professionally to all internet leads, calls, and online inquiries.
• Manage the full online sales process from first contact to delivery and follow-up.
• Use CRM tools to track leads, appointments, and sales performance.
• Coordinate with the sales team to set appointments and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date online vehicle listings and pricing.
• Support and monitor online reviews, reputation management, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with management on internet sales strategies, specials, and campaigns.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets for appointments, show rates, and sales conversions.

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in automotive sales, BDC, or internet sales preferred.
• Strong communication skills over phone, email, and text.
• Confident using CRMs, email platforms, and dealership software.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and time-management skills.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
• Positive, professional attitude and a strong customer-first mindset.
