Red Rock Ford of Dickinson, LLC - Dickinson, ND Pay: $90,000 - $140,000 per year (base + performance incentives) Red Rock Ford of Dickinson, LLC of Dickinson, ND, a Ford Elite Commercial Center , is seeking an experienced Fleet & Commercial Sales Manager to lead and grow our commercial vehicle business. Work Schedule: * Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (minimum) * Additional hours will be required based on business needs, customer demands, or special circumstances Responsibilities: * Drive growth in fleet and commercial vehicle sales * Manage, coach, and develop a Fleet Sales Representative * Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, government, and fleet accounts * Work closely with Retail Sales Managers and other department leaders to align inventory, pricing, and processes * Ensure compliance with Ford fleet programs and Elite Commercial Center standards Qualifications: * Automotive dealership experience required, preferably in fleet or commercial sales * OR * a very strong dealer-based sales background * Proven leadership and sales growth experience * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Willingness to travel locally; no overnights required except for occasional training or industry eventsWhat We Offer: * Competitive compensation with performance incentives * Opportunity to lead a growing commercial operation * Long-term career growth with a Ford Elite Commercial Center Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Disability insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Opportunities for advancement * Paid time off * Paid training * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * Will you be able to reliably commute and/or relocate to Dickinson, ND for this job?
