About the Role

: Sales Associate - Eyewear

Who You Are

- Proven sales experience (mandatory) in retail, ideally in eyewear. - Passionate about selling and motivated by hitting and exceeding targets. - A natural communicator who builds strong connections with customers. - A team player who thrives in a dynamic, customer-facing environment. - Ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow quickly (Store Manager, District Manager, etc.). - Adaptable and ready to embrace change in a fast-growing startup. What You 'll Do As an Optical Sales Associate , you'll bring the Sixty Sixty vision and values to life with every customer interaction. Your missions will be the following: - Welcome customers and present the Sixty Sixty concept using our dedicated process and app. - Advise and assist customers in choosing frames and lenses with confidence and style. - Explain the specifics of our products and close sales--from taking measurements with our innovative technology to ensuring a seamless checkout. - Drive sales of frames and lenses by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions. - Support the store manager with other duties as required.
