Overview
We are seeking a Showroom Sales Manager who excels in both sales leadership and direct customer sales. This hybrid role combines showroom management, in- store sales, and in-home consultations. The right candidate is energetic, organized, and passionate about helping homeowners make high-value improvements to their homes. This position requires someone who can confidently manage showroom operations while also functioning as a high-performing salesperson across our solar, roofing, and exterior product lines.
Key Responsibilities
Showroom & Team Management
- Oversee daily showroom operations to ensure a professional and welcoming environment
- Manage product displays, marketing materials, and showroom organization
- Lead and motivate any showroom staff; assist with training and performance support
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all customer touchpoints Sales
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary salesperson in the showroom--greeting walk-ins, conducting consultations, and closing deals
- Conduct in-home sales appointments, including assessments and presentations
- Sell a full suite of products: Solar, Roofing, and Exterior solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners
- Follow up with leads promptly and manage the CRM effectively
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Schedule
Requirements
- Saturdays: Required in the showroom
- Monday-Friday: Minimum of 4 hours per day in the showroom (additional hours may include travel to customer homes and appointments)
- Hybrid schedule with in-showroom and field-based work
Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years of sales experience in solar, roofing, or home improvement
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work Saturdays Preferred
- Management or supervisory experience (showroom or sales team)
- CRM proficiency
- Strong understanding of residential solar and roofing systems
