Our agency is looking for a Sales & Service Operations Leader to help us track key performance indicators, improve operational efficiency, and implement strategies that drive revenue growth. * This position is ideal for someone who: * Loves analyzing data but also wants to make a real impact on the business. * Understands sales & service metrics and how they affect agency growth. * Is detail-oriented but also thrives in a fast-paced, people-driven environment. * Wants a long-term role where they can grow with the agency. Responsibilities - What You 'll Be Doing: * Data Analysis & Reporting: Track trends in sales, service, and agency performance using Excel/Google Sheets. * Sales & Service Optimization: Identify areas where we can improve conversion rates, client retention, and revenue growth. * Process Improvement: Implement efficient workflows to increase productivity across the team. * Agent Support & Training: Help ensure agents are licensed, trained, and equipped to succeed. * CRM & Reporting Oversight: Maintain and analyze data to support sales efforts and customer service. * Operational Leadership: Be the owner of agency metrics --helping drive accountability and success. Experience - What We 're Looking For: * Strong background in Excel/Google Sheets - Can build reports, track KPIs, and analyze trends. * Experience in sales, service, or operations - Insurance industry preferred but not required. * A problem solver - You don't just look at data; you figure out how to improve performance. * A hands-on leader - Willing to take ownership and execute on strategy. * Insurance experience or willingness to get licensed - Understanding of agency metrics & performance is key. * Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to work closely with sales, service, and leadership.
