Job description Degree Wellness is hiring a friendly, outgoing Sales Associate to work at our Nocatee location. This is a part-time position, approximately 20-25 hours a week. Prior experience in a gym, health club or spa is preferred but not necessary. We offer the latest health & wellness services, such as Infrared Sauna, Full Body Cryotherapy, Cold Plunge, Red Light Therapy, IV Drips and more. And we do it in a friendly, unintimidating studio environment. Come help us empower Jacksonville to feel, look and be their best self! Responsibilities: * Welcome : new clients into Degree. As the first person they see, you are the face of the studio! We want clients to feel welcome and comfortable. * Educate : clients with information about our services, memberships and pricing options. * Sell : clients memberships, packages and single services. * In addition, you will escort clients to their service rooms, answer the phone, check out customers paying for their purchases, schedule appointments, and help people create new client profiles. * You will also maintain a clean and tidy studio, including doing laundry. Qualifications: We provide paid training. You just need to bring: * An outgoing personality with a positive, can-do attitude! * A passion for fitness, health and wellness. * One year of customer service experience in a retail or service environment (preferred). * A flexible schedule including availability on weekends and evenings. Our hours are 8am to 7pm, Mon thru Friday (and 10am-5pm on Sat and Sun).
