Immediate opening for an administrative assistant to assist Real Estate Team. *Must possess current Idaho Real Estate License. Responsibilities:(Included but not limited to) * Mail marketing letters daily * Manage multiple campaigns * create CMA * Manage database * Prepare listing paperwork and buyer contracts, addendums, all MLS forms ect * Understand local MLS and DOCUSIGN forms * Making cold calls helping to generate business Skills: You should be an organized, positive person, detail oriented, reliable, and a good communicator - both written and verbal - experienced with computer/word processing, be willing to work hard and smart. You will work in a fast-paced Real Estate office in Eagle. Knowing MLS inside and out! We offer an exciting environment in a people-oriented atmosphere. Job Type: Part-time Schedule will be Monday-Friday from 8:30am-12:30pm with possibility of more hours. Wage: $13.00-15.00 /hour DOE PLUS bonus Job Type: Part-time Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour Work Location: In person
