Front of House Team Lead - Clean Eatz Cafe Hourly Pay + Tip Sharing | Weekly Pay | Leadership Opportunity Are you a natural leader with a passion for people, health, and sales? Clean Eatz Cafe is looking for a Front of House Team Lead to help lead our cafe team, deliver an outstanding guest experience, and drive growth in meal plan and app sign-ups. What You'll Do: As a Front of House Team Lead, you are the face of Clean Eatz and a role model for the team. You will: * Lead, motivate, and support Front of House staff during shifts * Set the standard for exceptional customer service and professionalism * Proactively educate customers on our meal plans, app, Grab N Go meals, and supplements * Drive cafe sales with a strong focus on meal plan and app sign-ups * Assist with training new team members and reinforcing systems and procedures * Handle customer orders, checkout, and ensure smooth front counter operations * Maintain cafe cleanliness (tables, bathrooms, floors, dusting, etc.) * Communicate effectively with management regarding team performance and opportunities for improvement What We're Looking For: * Positive attitude, outgoing, and personable * Strong leadership and communication skills * Sales-driven mindset with confidence in recommending products * Dependable, punctual, and a dedicated team player * Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment * Previous customer service or leadership experience preferred (restaurant or retail a plus) Why Clean Eatz? * Hourly pay PLUS tip sharing * Weekly pay * Consistent daytime hours (cafe closes at 7pm M-F, 3pm Weekends) * Opportunity for advancement and leadership growth * Work with local small business owners who care about your development * Be part of a mission-driven brand focused on healthy lifestyles About Us: Clean Eatz is a healthy lifestyle cafe and meal plan service, locally owned and operated in Jacksonville, FL.
