Company Overview We are a fast-growing lubricant brand within the Powersports industry, focused on delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences. About the Role We are seeking a seasoned professional with strong industry knowledge, proven sales success, and the ability to help shape the future of our brand. The National Sales & Brand Manager will lead our U.S. sales initiatives, expand our distributor network, and represent the brand at major events, trade shows, and customer meetings. This role also includes collaboration with Marketing to strengthen brand awareness and participate in product management. You will be taking over an existing business within a small, hands-on team. This is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys wearing many hats. Responsibilities * Lead and grow national brand presence and sales initiatives. * Maintain and expand relationships with national distributors and key partners. * Increase overall brand awareness through strategic sales and marketing activities. * Serve as the face of the brand at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements. * Actively participate in product management and market feedback loops. * Build and maintain strong personal relationships at multiple levels within customer organizations. * Collaborate closely with the Marketing team on advertising, PR, and event planning. Ideal Candidate Profile Education * Minimum: High School Diploma. Experience Sales & Financial * Minimum 5 years of Powersports sales experience, specifically selling to national distributors. * Strong experience with P&L responsibilities, budgeting, and contract negotiations. * Minimum 3 years managing P&L, sales and contract negotiations for a $10M+ product line or client. Marketing (Preferred, Not Required) * Experience with marketing planning, advertising, and PR. * Comfortable supporting brand marketing initiatives and representing the brand publicly. Technical * Strong technical knowledge of the Powersports industry, including both off-road and on-road products. Skills * Fluent in English. * Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems. * Organized, creative, accountable, and a strong communicator. * Ability to adapt and thrive in a small-team, high-growth environment. * Strong team player. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of both off- road and on-road products, enjoys working collaboratively, and is comfortable balancing sales leadership with marketing and event responsibilities.
