Our client, a European fashion brand , is seeking a Sales Advisor to join the team at their NYC location. Candidates must be able to work a full- time retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed. Job Duties Include: * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through consistent outreach * Capture customer information to utilize for follow-up contact * Manage client book including responding to inquiries and following up regarding shopping experience * Achieve and exceed sales and productivity goals * Support in maximizing efficiency in executing standard in-store operation including daily replenishment and processing of seasonal markdowns * Leverage internal systems to conduct business analysis and keep store and individual KPIs * Assist in maintenance of visual and housekeeping standards of the store * Operate POS system, conduct email, opening and closing procedures * Additional duties as needed and assigned Job Qualifications Include: * High School graduate or equivalent * 2+ years of experience in customer service and contemporary fashion retail industry preferred * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to speak additional languages such as Mandarin, Russian, or Arabic is a plus * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays and weekends * Strong customer service skills * Ability to lift up to 20lbs & stand for duration of shift * Additional duties as needed and assigned Salary: Up to $25/hr + commission The description above is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and is not an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required.
