Cypress Engine Accessories, a rapidly growing Industrial Engine Instrumentation, Controls and Accessories company is looking for Sales Professionals to expand the surrounding markets for our South and Gulf Texas Regions. Job Responsibilities: * Maintain strong, positive relationships with existing customers within the assigned territory through consistent communication and responsive support * Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities within the Natural Gas Compression (Midstream) and Power Generation markets * Effectively demonstrate products and solutions to customers, highlighting value, application, and competitive advantages * Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations tailored to customer needs and operational requirements * Respond promptly and thoroughly to inbound sales leads, inquiries, and customer requests * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate quoting, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction Requirements Experience: At least 2 Years of Relevant Experience * Former Sales Experience working in an Industrial Market-1 Year Minimum. Skills and Abilities: * Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed results * Proven ability to build, maintain, and grow long-term customer relationships * Strong relationship-building skills supported by a demonstrated track record of success * Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills * Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and professional attitude * Ability to work effectively both independently and under direction * Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including several hours of driving per day * Capable of traveling to, attending, and conducting customer meetings and sales presentations * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); CRM experience is a plus * Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record Job Type: Full-time Salary: $70,000 base per year (potentially more depending on experience) Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Compensation package: * Base Salary plus Bonus & Commission Opportunities Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Travel requirement: * Up to 75% travel Experience: * B to B Outside Sales (Required) * Industrial Sales: 2 years (Preferred) * Natural Gas Compression/Midstream: 2 years (Preferred) License/Certification: * Driver's License w/ Clean Driving Record (Required) Willingness to travel: * 75% (Required)
