Work Schedule * Regular hours: Monday to Friday * May occasionally include evenings or weekends Responsibilities * Meet with customers and help them choose suitable flooring products * Conduct in-home visits to understand customer needs and provide solutions * Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales goals * Assist the team with daily sales-related tasks Requirements * Minimum of 1 year flooring or building materials sales experience required * Chinese language skills are an asset * Strong communication and customer service skills * Self-motivated and able to work independently Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Fuel reimbursement * Health insurance * Mileage reimbursement * Paid training * Relocation assistance Work Location: In person
