We're hiring an Assistant Manager (Sales & Experience Lead) to help guide our growth with empathy and excellence. This role blends sales leadership, team coaching, and operational oversight--ensuring our space, systems, and culture reflect GoBeyond's calm, high-performance standard. What You 'll Do * Lead Sales Performance: Drive membership, treatment, and retail goals through consultative, relationship-based sales. * Coach for Growth: Mentor the team in communication, follow-up, and client connection to improve conversions and consistency. * Keep the Space Aligned: Ensure treatment rooms, retail areas, and shared spaces are stocked, clean, and visually balanced with GoBeyond standards. * Maintain Flow & Systems: Oversee inventory, schedules, point-of-sale reports, and guest communications for accuracy and care. * Model Calm Accountability: Lead daily huddles, celebrate wins, and support a culture of trust and results. You 're a Great Fit If You * Have 2-3 years of experience in aesthetics, spa, or wellness sales. * Excel at consultative, trust-based selling--not pushy, but persuasive through empathy. * Are organized, consistent, and emotionally intelligent. * Lead by example with care, clarity, and accountability. * (Bonus) Experience mentoring teams or managing front-desk operations.
