Sales Representative- Nevada The Sales Representative plays a key role in bringing inspiring parks and playgrounds to life for cities, schools, park districts, childcare centers, and neighborhoods. This position is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while developing turnkey recreation solutions from concept to completion. Through relationship-building, thoughtful prospecting, and strong project coordination, the Sales Representative helps grow the assigned territory and contributes directly to the company's continued success. Duties and Responsibilities * Build and maintain strong knowledge of products, vendors, and services to confidently guide customers to the best solutions * Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building * Engage with new and existing customers to understand needs, provide recommendations, and deliver value-driven solutions * Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution * Maintain accurate contact lists and consistently follow up to nurture long-term customer relationships * Negotiate pricing and terms in a professional, customer-focused manner * Conduct site evaluations and provide layout, design assistance, and space planning support * Manage projects from initial concept through completion, ensuring timelines and expectations are met * Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the sales and project lifecycle * Consistently and accurately utilize the CRM system to keep leadership informed of activity and pipeline health * Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor Required Skills * Demonstrated success in outside sales, business development, or a related customer-facing role * Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely while staying accountable * Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively * Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM applications Education and Training * High School Diploma or equivalent required * Two or more years of sales experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Travel Requirements Regular travel within the assigned territory is required to meet with customers, evaluate sites, and support projects. Compensation Compensation for this position varies based on the selected candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. This role is designed with growth in mind; after approximately 1-2 years, the Sales Representative is expected to transition to a full commission-based compensation structure, reflecting performance, territory development, and long-term earning potential.
