Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help solve customer challenges, build long-term relationships, and drive revenue growth across tires, mechanical services, alignments, fleet services, wheels, and related solutions. This role focuses on expanding existing accounts, developing new business, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys being in the field, working directly with customers, and partnering with internal service teams to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Outside Sales Representative * Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service * Grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities * Provide excellent phone and face-to-face customer support * Track customer interactions and activities daily using CRM tools * Create and execute an annual sales plan to meet growth targets * Communicate value propositions to differentiate products and services from competitors * Collaborate with service department supervisors to meet customer needs efficiently * Maintain margins while ensuring accurate work orders, billing, and documentation * Support fleet, national account, and government account processes as needed * Offer and explain available financing options to customers * Participate in sales training, company events, and ongoing professional development * Maintain a clean, professional showroom environment and follow safety procedures Qualifications - Outside Sales Representative * Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred * Service Writer or automotive service background strongly preferred * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn CRM and internal systems * Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods as needed * Willingness to work primarily on the road while contributing to a team environment Midwest Staffing Group & KeyStaff Professionals prohibits discrimination against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, creed, age, sex, national origin, ancestry, marital status, familial status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, veteran status, genetic information, status with regard to public assistance, and any other characteristics protected by applicable state, federal and/or local laws. ind2 Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
