Job Overview Auto Glass Best Prices, New York City's #1-rated auto glass shop, is seeking a Sales Representative to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience working with spreadsheets, and a proven background in sales. We will provide training for qualified candidates who demonstrate prior sales success. Key Responsibilities * Respond to inbound calls, messages, and online inquiries from potential customers. * Provide accurate quotes and explain available services clearly and professionally. * Maintain and update sales records, customer details, and job tracking spreadsheets. * Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely scheduling and job completion. * Follow up with leads and previous customers to maximize conversions and recurring business. * Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from first contact to service completion. * Assist in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and sales processes.
