Overview We are a growing construction and hardscape company serving the DFW area, looking for a motivated Sales Representative / Estimator to handle incoming leads, perform on-site estimates, and close residential projects. This position is ideal for a self-driven sales professional who wants uncapped income and long-term growth within a stable company. Responsibilities * Respond to incoming calls, texts, and sales leads * Qualify customers and schedule on-site estimates * Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements * Present solutions, pricing, and scope of work to homeowners * Prepare and send proposals and contracts * Follow up with prospects and close sales * Communicate clearly with management and operations Requirements * Experience in sales or estimating (construction, landscaping, or hardscape preferred) * Reliable personal vehicle required * Valid auto insurance * Strong communication and follow-up skills * Organized and results-driven * Authorized to work in the U.S. * English required (Spanish is a plus) Compensation & Benefits * 7% commission on collected revenue * Opportunity to increase to 8% after $1,000,000 in annual sales * No income cap * Consistent company-provided leads * Growth opportunity as the company expands Additional Information * Sales representative uses their own vehicle * No base salary * Commission is paid once customer deposit is received How to Apply: Apply directly through Indeed.
