Full description of the position
Galliant is a multi-center, locally owned and operated ABA Therapy company in Texas & Nebraska. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to help lead and develop our marketing department in Omaha & Lincoln. As our Business Development Manager, your primary focus is to drive business growth to expand our network of families and children we can serve by developing relationships with new and existing referral sources. You will work closely with diagnosticians, pediatricians, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and many other medical professionals to create and manage a referral pipeline for ABA services. We are seeking a self-motivated individual who is willing to travel and is comfortable working autonomously. Minimum Education and Experience * Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, health care or related field * 5 years or more in business development, or equivalent area of expertise required. * Knowledge of the healthcare industry and/or behavioral health experience required. * Experience working with local pediatricians and hospitals * Excellent communication and presentation abilities. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented. * Proficient with customer relationship management systems. * Proven track record of developing and maintaining a pipeline of contacts and referral sources. Pay Structure Base Salary: $45,000-$65,000, Monthly Travel Reimbursement Laptop provided Responsibilities * Local travel up to 80% -- you will spend at least 4 days a week meeting with local providers * Proactively develop and build relationships with referral coordinators, community partners, and clinicians to create a robust pipeline of referral sources. * Develop innovative sales and marketing strategies. * Heavy focus on making Galliant a recognized and trusted name within the community. * Ability to leverage data and CRM tools to identify trends and modify strategies accordingly. * Demonstrate a leadership style that aligns with Galliant's principles. * Ability to thrive and produce results with a high level of autonomy. * Occasionally work a flexible schedule with some nights and weekends. * Occasional overnight travel to other areas within Nebraska.
