The Role As a Giftogram Account Manager , you'll be the trusted advisor to our existing customers -- helping them get the most out of our platform, expand their programs, and measure the impact of appreciation. You'll balance strategy and execution: part relationship-builder, part growth-driver, and part problem-solver. This isn't just "manage the book." What You 'll Do * Own a portfolio of Giftogram customers, ensuring retention, growth, and satisfaction. * Identify expansion opportunities through usage insights, campaign planning, and relationship building. * Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Care to deliver an effortless customer experience. * Run regular account reviews and share best practices to help customers scale their gifting strategies. * Forecast renewals and upsell opportunities with precision and care. * Advocate for your customers internally -- their success is your success. What Makes You Great * 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or SaaS Sales. * Proven record of growing existing accounts and hitting retention or expansion targets. * A customer-first mindset -- you love building trust and uncovering ways to deliver more value. * Strong organizational and communication skills; comfortable running demos or executive QBRs. * A collaborative spirit and a sense of humor.
