Position Overview A high-performing luxury automotive dealership is seeking an experienced Luxury Sales Manager to lead and drive exceptional sales performance while delivering an elite customer experience. This role requires a proven automotive sales leader with strong desking skills, a customer-first mindset, and experience in both new and used vehicle operations. Key Responsibilities * Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team in a luxury retail environment * Manage daily sales operations for new and used vehicles (experience in both preferred) * Desk deals efficiently while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction * Ensure consistent achievement of sales, gross, and volume objectives * Maintain and elevate customer satisfaction (CSI) to luxury-brand standards * Collaborate with F&I, service, and inventory teams to ensure seamless transactions * Monitor market trends, inventory levels, and pricing strategies * Enforce dealership processes, compliance, and ethical sales practices Systems & Technology * Advanced desking experience required in: * eLeads * CDK * RouteOne * Strong understanding of CRM-driven sales processes and reporting Qualifications * Automotive sales management experience required * Prior experience with a luxury automotive brand strongly preferred * New and used car management experience preferred * Proven ability to lead teams and close complex, high-line transactions * Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills * Professional presence consistent with luxury-brand representation What We Offer * Competitive compensation package (commensurate with experience) * Performance-driven culture with strong leadership support * Opportunity to work within a premium luxury automotive environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Life insurance * Opportunities for advancement * Paid time off * Vision insurance Experience: * Sales Manager : 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
