We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team and help drive business growth supporting Channel Partners and Direct Sales to provide real- time situational awareness for the connected workforce. Our innovative solutions support Defense, Federal Government, State and Local Government, First Responders, Public Works, DOT, and Utility workflows. About the Role As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will lead our inside sales team to drive revenue growth, acquire new customers, and support both Direct Sales and Channel Sales activities. You will be responsible for managing sales processes, optimizing team performance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your role will include handling sales opportunities from lead generation to software demonstrations, providing quote/proposal support, and facilitating order closures. This position is ideal for a results-driven sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting high-performing teams.
