D3 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, part of the D3 Automotive family, is a small, local, family-owned dealership proudly serving West Memphis, Memphis, Marion, Southaven, and surrounding communities. We specialize in an exciting inventory of new and custom lifted/leveled Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram trucks, Jeeps, and SUVs -- all backed by transparent, customer-first service. We're growing and looking for an experienced BDC Manager to lead our Business Development Center team. What You'll Do: * Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales representatives handling inbound/outbound calls, emails, texts, and internet leads. * Develop and execute strategies to maximize lead follow-up, appointment setting, and conversion rates. * Monitor key performance metrics (appointments set, show rates, sales closed) and coach the team to consistently hit targets. * Collaborate closely with sales and service departments for seamless customer handoffs. * Manage CRM systems, track leads, generate reports, and present performance data to dealership leadership. * Handle escalated customer inquiries and maintain exceptional satisfaction levels. * Stay current on digital marketing trends and automotive lead generation best practices. Requirements: * Dealership experience required (Sales, Internet Sales, BDC Agent, Internet Management, or BDC Management). * Proven CRM proficiency (e.g., Elead, VinSolutions, DealerSocket, CDK, or similar systems). * Strong leadership skills with experience hiring, training, and managing a team. * Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer service abilities. * Track record of achieving or exceeding performance goals in a dealership environment. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record. * High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.
