Job Description: Route Sales Representative Position Summary: The Route Sales Representative is responsible for managing and growing an assigned customer portfolio by conducting scheduled visits to existing clients and actively prospecting new business opportunities. The primary objective of this role is , promote the full catalog, and ensure excellent customer service while organizing weekly routes to maximize efficiency and productivity. Primary Responsibilities: * Conduct regular visits to existing customers to ensure satisfaction and . * Present the full catalog, identify sales opportunities, and negotiate commercial terms in accordance with company policies. * Actively prospect new clients within the assigned territory to expand the customer base and contribute to business growth. * Plan and organize weekly visits to ensure time efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and complete coverage of the designated zone. * Keep customer information, orders, and visit records updated in the designated systems or formats. * Follow up on deliveries, returns, or issues by coordinating with the appropriate departments. * Meet established sales, coverage, and growth targets. * Represent the brand professionally, strengthening relationships with each customer.
