Job Title: Sales Manager As Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving our sales strategy and developing/leading a dynamic team to achieve exceptional results. Your role will involve cultivating strong relationships with clients, spearheading business development initiatives, and leveraging your expertise in B2B sales to expand our market presence. What you 'll do * Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company objectives. * Develop, lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering an environment of collaboration and success. * Drive outside sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. * Collaborate closely with marketing team to create effective campaigns that resonate with target audiences. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction remains a top priority. * Oversee account management processes to maintain strong client relationships and maximize retention. * Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning. Basic qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales and management roles within the technology sector. * Strong background in B2B sales with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
