MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an individual contributing Employee-Owner, Technology Sales Consultant to join our growing sales team in Menomonee Falls, WI. What You Will Do as an Individual Contributor: * Develop prospects through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing campaigns. * Work with a collaborative and motivated sales team. * Plan and implement new business strategies. * Create value through technology. * Provide technical business solutions. * Create strategic proposals and deliver presentations to C-level executives and senior management. * Maintain existing customer base through ongoing assessment of needs in a changing technological landscape. * Meet monthly sales goals for hardware, document management software, printer fleet management, and professional services. Ideal candidate: * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Team player with a positive attitude and mindset. * Proficient with Microsoft Office. * Experience working within a CRM. * Proven success in a competitive environment. Minimum Qualifications: * HS Diploma, GED or equivalent * Reliable vehicle * Clean driving record * Minimum 1 year of recent outbound business to business (B2B) sales experience. Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree from an accredited University. * Prior experience in B2B sales.
