Job Overview: Interim Sales Manager, Member Services RateQuote Direct is seeking an Interim Sales Manager of Member Services to lead a team of representatives dedicated to delivering exceptional member experiences. This role oversees daily operations, ensures accurate communication of benefits and policies, and manages escalated inquiries. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with experience using Agentcube and knowledge of RateQuote Direct's carrier products. Description Member Services Interim Sales Manager * Department:* Member Services Reports To: Director Operations Location: Remote/Hybrid FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary The Interim Sales Manager of Member Services will oversee and support a team of representatives who serve as the primary point of contact for our members. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, coaching team members, and handling escalated member inquiries or issues. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, is an expert in carrier-related information and materials, a commitment to member satisfaction, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily team operations, ensuring timely and professional responses to member inquiries via phone, email, and Slack. * Monitor and support the delivery of accurate information related to membership benefits, policies, and procedures by team members. * Manage and resolve escalated member complaints or complex issues, ensuring a positive resolution and member satisfaction. * Review and ensure accuracy of documentation in the Agentcube system, maintaining high standards of recordkeeping across the team. * Coordinate cross-functional communication with other departments to facilitate a seamless and consistent member experience. * Support area manager by analyzing member feedback and team performance trends, providing actionable insights to enhance satisfaction, address healthcare needs, and inform service improvement efforts. * Coach and mentor team members by providing training, ongoing support, and direct feedback to enhance product knowledge and service skills. * Track team performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular feedback and reports to leadership. * Lead team huddles and train team members on new processes and programs as needed. * Foster a collaborative and positive team culture that supports continuous improvement and a strong member-first mindset. * Enforce and adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Qualifications Required: * Knowledgeable of the products and carriers RateQuote Direct is authorized to sell. * 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or a related field. * Proficiency in Agentcube software. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude.
