WHAT YOU'LL DO: As a Director of Sales, you will guide the sales team each day to make sure goals are met. You will recruit and train new representatives, coach and support your team, and build plans to help the branch grow. You will run daily and weekly meetings, review numbers, and give feedback to keep the team on track. Part of your time will be spent creating canvassing plans, checking team activity, and supervising work. You will also train team leaders to improve their skills and encourage the team to stay motivated. Working with marketing and operations, you will help make the customer experience smooth and positive. WHAT WE'RE OFFERING: This full-time position offers a total compensation package of $100,000 - $300,000 per year based on experience. This Director of Sales job is full-time, Monday through Friday. Some weekends will be needed.
