Interviews being held Friday 12/26, - Tuesday 12/30 Contour Spa, a national wellness brand with over 20 locations and rapid growth, is expanding in the Denver Metro Area! We're looking for goal- driven, positive-minded individuals to join our team and help clients achieve their wellness goals. About the Role: As a Wellness Spa Sales Specialist , you will play a crucial role in enhancing the client experience, providing the service, while driving sales for our cryo-slimming treatments and wellness packages. This is a service and sales-focused position, completely hands on where you will connect with clients, understand their unique goals, and offer tailored solutions to help them on their wellness journey. You will be providing Cryo Therapy treatments. We offer in house training. Your success will be measured not only by your sales performance but also by your ability to foster strong client relationships and hold them accountable to their progress. Responsibilities * Proven sales experience and a passion for customer service. * A strong desire to help clients achieve their goals and maintain their progress. * Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. * Availability on Saturdays. * Must be over 18 and able to commute to Lafayette and Cherry Creek * Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate New Client Package. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of various offerings. * Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase sales. * Maintain an organized retail and slimming service space. * Process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring efficient sales experience. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Maintain knowledge of our service product and equipment. Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed. Experience * Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. * Familiarity with POS systems and package sales procedures is essential. Supervising experience is a plus, showcasing leadership capabilities. * Strong phone etiquette is necessary for handling customer inquiries over the phone. You will be providing the service as a Spa Specialist/ Cryo Therapist. Leading a client from start to finish What We Offer: * Earn between $70,000 and $125,000 annually. Spa Specialists are paid a base pay against a commission and bonus structure.
