All Dry Services [please apply online] is seeking an energetic, organized, goal- driven business development professional who can lead growth in our commercial client market (e.g. healthcare, hospitality, office & retail, institutional, etc.). This is a critical leadership role with high earnings upside potential and option to earn equity in our company. The ideal candidate will be a native/long-term resident of Northeast Florida and have 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in commercial facility services. This individual will have a proven, systematic approach for identifying the correct target contacts and moving them forward through the relationship-building continuum. He/She will embrace accountability and will be well-versed in daily CRM usage such as Salesforce, Hubspot, etc. to track all aspects of "hunting and farming". Experience in property damage restoration is an added bonus. The successful candidate will fully embrace the All Dry Way and craft a marketing and selling strategy that capitalizes on our differentiators to quickly capture share. This position reports directly to company ownership. Compensation is base salary+commission (including draw during ramp-up) with bonus plan. Company vehicle, expenses, healthcare and 401K benefits are also offered. Clean Florida driving record is an absolute must, along with passing a drug test and criminal background check.
