We are seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across our VoIP, managed IT, and technology services portfolio. This role is focused on hunting--owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close--while maintaining a professional, consultative approach with small to mid-sized business clients. Key Responsibilities * Prospect, qualify, and close new business for our hosted VoIP and Managed Services offerings * Conduct in-person and virtual sales meetings with decision-makers * Identify client pain points and propose tailored technology solutions * Manage pipeline, forecasts, and activity in the CRM * Coordinate with technical and onboarding teams to ensure smooth handoffs * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets * Represent TotalBC professionally at client sites and networking events Required Qualifications * Proven B2B outside sales experience (technology, telecom, or MSP preferred) * Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills * Comfortable selling recurring revenue (MRR-based) services * Self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally Preferred Qualifications * Experience selling VoIP, managed IT services, or cloud solutions * Familiarity with SMB decision-makers and longer-term sales cycles Compensation & Benefits * Base salary plus uncapped commission * Performance-based incentives * Growth opportunities within a fast-growing technology company This role is ideal for a professional closer who wants autonomy, clear expectations, and a product stack that delivers real value to clients.
