Full description of the position

We are seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across our VoIP, managed IT, and technology services portfolio. This role is focused on hunting--owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close--while maintaining a professional, consultative approach with small to mid-sized business clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business for our hosted VoIP and Managed Services offerings
  • Conduct in-person and virtual sales meetings with decision-makers
  • Identify client pain points and propose tailored technology solutions
  • Manage pipeline, forecasts, and activity in the CRM
  • Coordinate with technical and onboarding teams to ensure smooth handoffs
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Represent TotalBC professionally at client sites and networking events
Required Qualifications
  • Proven B2B outside sales experience (technology, telecom, or MSP preferred)
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Comfortable selling recurring revenue (MRR-based) services
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling VoIP, managed IT services, or cloud solutions
  • Familiarity with SMB decision-makers and longer-term sales cycles
