Job Title: Outside Sales Representative Job Summary: An Outside Sales Representative actively seeks, acquires, and nurtures client relationships to sell products or services for a company. They operate in the field, meeting clients in person, often traveling extensively to achieve sales goals. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients in the assigned area. Create leads via methods like cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research. Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on product/service offerings, industry trends, and competitors to effectively highlight advantages to clients. Market Research: Continuously monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to spot opportunities and threats. Sales Presentations: Conduct in-person meetings, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and conduct product demonstrations for potential clients. Customize presentations to address customer inquiries or objections. Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and prices with clients to finalize sales agreements. Close deals and secure customer commitments. Account Management: Maintain client relationships, attract new prospects, ensure satisfaction, and resolve issues promptly. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction. Achieving Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets and quotas, develop strategies to exceed goals set by the company. Travel: Travel to meet clients within the designated sales territory, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience. * Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a similar outside sales role. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently. * Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. * Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. * A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Results-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales targets. * Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Must have experience in the C-store, vape and tobacco industry. * Background in B2B sales is preferred.
