We are seeking a dynamic individual who is a social media pro and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and can assist customers on marketplaces. Duties and Responsibilities * Develop a comprehensive strategy and establish clear goals to drive growth, popularity and engagement across social media accounts, online platforms, forums, and business review sites. * Monitor and manage all online platforms to boost engagement, generate leads, and increase sales. * Support and elevate the McLaren brand's appearance across all online channels. * Manage all new comments, messages and request from various online platforms and marketplaces. * Process new sales from online platforms daily. * Participate in the creation of new company online platforms and portals when needed. * Communicate and collaborate daily with the marketing and sales teams; identify and escalate priority issues to upper management. * Create and present monthly reports on account status and performance to management. Requirements * Customer-First sales attitude * Customer Service skills - primarily with our online platforms * Online Sales experience and Social Media platform management 1+ year verifiable experience * Excellent Interpersonal skills-ability to effectively work with others in a close manner- collaborative and adaptable * Thrive in a fast-paced environment - level-headed, calm, resilient, work well under pressure * Must be meticulous, detail-oriented, methodical with a knack for precision and error-free execution * Able to handle complexity with order * Previous experience with CRM programs preferred * Sales experience - at least 1yr * Customer Service Experience - at least 1 year Skills and Specifications * Proficient in Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) * Extensive knowledge of Facebook Business Suite ( Facebook and Instagram) * Experience with Microsoft 360 products * Experience with online sales platforms: eBay, Amazon, FB Marketplace, * Technologically savvy, well versed computer and smartphone skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills (proper grammar) * Multi-tasking skills- able to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritization, time management, organization and planning Pay: From $19.00 per hour Work Location: In person
