Job Description

OUTSIDE SALES - South Florida (Tampa, Orlando, SW Florida through Naples and Marco) ELA is a manufacturer's sales rep agency for the lighting industry. We call on customers in the south Florida market, which includes Tampa, Orlando, Melbourne and all Florida geography south of those cities. The territories we are hiring for right now are Tampa, Orlando, and southwest Florida. We call on residential lighting showrooms as well as a variety of commercial customers, for example, electrical supply houses, architects, developers, engineers, general contractors, and electrical contractors. Responsibilities

• Grow lighting sales in Tampa, Orlando, and Southwest Florida
• Grow and maintain excellent working relationships with customers
• Foster, maintain, and grow excellent working relationships with your ELA co-workers
• Prospect for new accounts with both warm leads and cold leads
• Attend weekly sales meetings via Teams Skills
• Proficient knowledge of Residential & Commercial lighting
• Outstanding people skills
• Self Starter
• Professional
• Results Oriented
• Proficient in excel
• Prefer previous sales experience in lighting but not mandatory Job Type: Full-time Location: Remote with bi-monthly in person meetings in Delray Beach FL

Compensation

Package: Highly competitive salary. 401K retirement plan. Full medical, dental, and vision coverage. Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
