Processing Technologies International, LLC (PTi) is located in Aurora, IL near I-88 and 59. PTi is a leading manufacturer of world class single screw plastic extrusion equipment for applications in mono- and co-extrusion sheet and foam sheet, pipe, profile, compounding, fiber and reclaim. With installations in over 20 countries, PTi continues to successfully supply extrusion equipment to industries in packaging, construction, automotive, lawn & garden, office products, sign & display, appliances and much more. Description We are seeking an experienced Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to sell spare parts and field services to an existing customer base. (We are not a call center; this is a commissioned sales position with a starting salary of $ 48,000 with an opportunity to earn up to $ 10,000 to $ 20,000 in commissions.) Requirements Successful candidates must: * Communicate effectively * Have previous customer service and industrial parts sales experience * Be familiar with common machinery parts and industrial terminology * Build constructive working relationships internally as well as with our customers, vendors and business partners * Demonstrate initiative and follow-through and be a pro-active team member * Prioritize and concurrently service multiple assignments while ensuring quality and timely completion * Must be proficient in MS Office * M2M MRP/ERP system experience a plus * College degree (BA/BS) preferred but will consider relevant manufacturing experience * Bi-lingual a plus This position reports to the Aftermarket Sales Manager.
