• Sell new and pre-owned vehicles in a high-volume, high-opportunity environment
• Deliver a top-tier customer experience that builds trust and loyalty
• Support finance presentations and desking activities as part of your growth path

• $75,000 - $130,000+ annually (based on performance and role)
• Aggressive, uncapped commission structure + bonuses

Qualifications

:

• Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience (preferred)
• Strong energy, presence, and closing ability
• Coachable, goal-driven, and team-focused
• Finance/Desk exposure is a plus, but not required Location: Kia of Warrenton - Warrenton, OR (on the beautiful Oregon Coast) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
