Residential Sales Manager - Full-Time Salary Role Miller Brother Staffing now hiring for a Residential Sales Manager to join a reputable glass company that has been in business for over 80 years. This full-time, salaried position is ideal for someone with strong customer service and quoting experience, preferably with residential construction or remodeling materials. What You 'll Do: * Greet and assist walk-in customers with product needs * Prepare residential glass quotes and track orders * Visit homes for product measurement * Schedule installations and service appointments * Answer phones, take payments, and perform general office tasks * Lift up to 25 lbs * Maintain Excel spreadsheets and accurate job records What You Bring: * Excellent communication and multitasking skills * Strong computer and Excel proficiency * Independent work ethic and organization * Experience in construction, windows, or home products is a plus * Valid driver's license preferred Details: * Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM * Pay: $50,000-$65,000/year (based on experience) * Type: Full-time salaried role, no commission * Location: York, PA Apply now to start a rewarding long-term career!
