Residential Sales Manager - Full-Time Salary Role Miller Brother Staffing now hiring for a Residential Sales Manager to join a reputable glass company that has been in business for over 80 years. This full-time, salaried position is ideal for someone with strong customer service and quoting experience, preferably with residential construction or remodeling materials. What You 'll Do:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with product needs
• Prepare residential glass quotes and track orders
• Visit homes for product measurement
• Schedule installations and service appointments
• Answer phones, take payments, and perform general office tasks
• Lift up to 25 lbs
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and accurate job records

What You Bring

:

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Strong computer and Excel proficiency
• Independent work ethic and organization
• Experience in construction, windows, or home products is a plus
• Valid driver's license preferred Details:
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Pay: $50,000-$65,000/year (based on experience)
