We're looking for a Sales Representative who can guide homeowners through a simple, professional sales process, build trust fast, and help more families transform their homes with confidence. Role Overview As a Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home appointments, understand what they want to achieve, and provide clear, honest recommendations and estimates. You'll follow our proven sales system to deliver an experience customers rave about--from first handshake to signed agreement. You won't be cold-calling or chasing random leads. We'll give you quality opportunities--you bring the care, follow-through, and professionalism that makes Peach Painting stand out. Key Responsibilities * Meet with homeowners for pre-set interior and exterior painting consultations. * Listen well, ask great questions, and build quick trust through clear communication. * Present Peach Painting's services confidently and accurately. * Create and deliver detailed estimates and proposals using our tools and system. * Follow up consistently and professionally to help customers make informed decisions. * Keep CRM notes and pipeline updated daily so the team stays aligned. * Coordinate smoothly with production to ensure a great handoff after the sale. * Represent Peach Painting with courtesy, integrity, and a "family-owned" level of care. Outcomes & Success Metrics * Maintain an individual close rate target aligned with team goals. * Deliver accurate estimates and clean, complete proposals. * Keep follow-up activity consistent and timely. * Maintain 100% CRM accuracy. * Earn repeat business and referrals through exceptional customer experience.
