Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth through effective sales strategies and client relationship management. Responsibilities - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals - Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets - Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth - Build strong relationships with new clients - Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients - Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies Skill-set/Qualifications - Motivating, mentoring, coaching, prospecting skills - Achieving sales goals - Closing skills - Selling to customer needs - Negotiation - Hiring A comprehensive benefits package is offered including employer supplemented medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with matching, PTO, and more to be discussed.
