Responsibilities: * Achieve sales goals by writing new property, casualty, commercial, and life insurance policies from agency-provided leads and your own inside/outside sales marketing efforts * Deliver exceptional client care and sales support, always putting the prospect's best interests first * Manage your pipeline in our CRM and follow up with all prospects * Ensure accurate underwriting and completion of all required documents * Participate in social media content creation to enhance our agency's online presence * Engage with the Springfield, MO community and build lasting relationships * Demonstrate knowledge of new products and industry rules * Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on growth and excellence Qualifications: * Ambitious, competitive, and driven to succeed (Enneagram 3 or 8 personalities will thrive here!) * Personable, positive, and professional--you show up polished and proud every day * Tech-comfortable (Word, Excel, document management, professional emails) * Community-minded and well-connected * Excited about long-term growth and being part of a small-but-mighty team * Willing to obtain your Property & Casualty Insurance license within 2 weeks of job offer * Proven track record of strong sales experience (insurance experience not required--we'll teach you our way!)
