Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging directly with potential customers in their neighborhoods to introduce our products and services. Your enthusiasm, persuasive communication skills, and proactive approach will drive business growth and foster lasting customer relationships. This 100% commission position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise while making a tangible impact in your community. Sales pay rate is 15% on total ticket, no cap on commission average sale is $500 to $650. Commission paid is $75-$97.50 per job. These jobs can easily be sold in 15 to 30 minutes. However follow up is key, to optimize salary potential. Must use personal cell phone or tablet with data. Responsibilities * Conduct outbound door-to-door visits to prospective customers, presenting our products and services with confidence and enthusiasm * Engage in warm and cold calling and follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert prospects into loyal clients * Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction * Collaborate with owner to implement targeted outreach strategies and enhance brand awareness in local communities * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, overcoming objections, and offering tailored solutions * Maintain detailed records of daily activities, sales progress, and customer feedback for continuous improvement Qualifications * Proven experience in sales, especially door to door sales in fields such as solar or pest control, is highly desirable * Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences in English * Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and handle rejection positively * Excellent organizational skills to manage daily schedules and follow-up tasks effectively * Customer service orientation with a passion for building long-term client relationships Join us as a Door-to-Door Sales Representative and unleash your sales potential!
