Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Architectural & Design Sales Representative to drive growth and build strong relationships within the architectural and design community. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between our company and industry professionals, promoting our Flooring products.

Responsibilities

NY/NJ Multifamily Focus Business Development: Proactively identify new opportunities within the NY/NJ multifamily market, targeting regional developers, architects, designers, and general contractors specializing in midrise and highrise residential projects. Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts with specifications and valueengineered solutions for NY/NJ multifamily projects. Project Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust pipeline of multifamily developments--from early design and preconstruction through bidding and procurement Quotes & Contract Negotiation: Negotiating pricing, terms, and credit arrangements with developers, GCs, and subcontractors to support competitive and profitable project awards.
