Join The Maids International as we expand our dynamic sales team, representing our franchise partners across the United States and Canada. We want YOU to become part of our corporate team! * Full time positions working up to 40 hours per week and part time positions working up to 27 hours per week are now available. Our priority at this time is hire full or part time agents to cover the Monday thru Friday, 8:30 am thru 4:30 pm shift, working in alignment with the Central Standard time zone. The Maids International is one of the fastest growing residential maid services providers in the United States, ranking as the Top Brand in our industry for the 4th year in a row by Entrepreneur Magazine. Agents in this role will respond to in-bound phone calls, web/electronic inquiries regarding residential or commercial cleaning services. Agents also initiate outbound communications as necessary to further engage existing prospects. Always positive and professional, our agent's actively listen and enthusiastically engage to understand the needs of each prospective customer while at the same time determining appropriate services and pricing needed to exceed expectations! When you close the deal, scheduling the committed service is the final step in the sales process. Cold calling is not typically required. Great members of our team work to provide outstanding customer service to existing customers as well. Our goal is to deliver experiences our customers brag about and you can be part of that experience as you: * Engage with prospects to enable their decision to invite The Maids into their home! * Capture information the prospect shared with you so that our franchise partners clearly understand the expectations set and can deliver services the first time that build long term customer relationships. * Understand, describe, determine, and accurately price the services that fit the needs of each prospective customer. * Be a cheerleader and contributor to the success of a high energy, results driven National Sales Team! Candidate Qualifications: * Interact with prospects in a professional and engaging manner through written and verbal communication skills. * Apply attention to detail in capturing customer information and describing the customer needs to our franchise partners. * Ability to work in a results-driven sales environment while delivering excellent work quality. * Must be self-motivated to work independently in both "in office" and "work at home" environments. * Inbound/outbound sales experience is a plus! * Maintaining high energy, positive demeanor with prospects and customers with each interaction. * Customer service experience required. * Ability to navigate, enter and update information in our software systems while listening and talking to prospects or franchises is required. * Work at home benefit for this position is considered on a case-by-case basis following training and evidence of independent work capabilities. Suitable internet services must be enabled at employee expense. We provide a computer, training, and support. Position is currently a hybrid of in office and remote working locations.
