Nissan City of Springfield is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, Responsible for: * Training, leading, and developing the sales staff * Provide the sales department with exceptional customer service. * Help find new ways to create new customers and to keep the existing customers. * Meet and surpass quotas and projections on a regular basis. * Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally * Oversee recruitment and training of new employees * Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations * Actively participate in creating Social Media Content including Video and Pictures. * Exceptional collaborative and communication skills * Ability to motivate a team to excel in all areas. * MUST have a can-do, positive, helpful, encouraging attitude!! * We Operate 100% TRANSPARENTLY! No Games Qualifications * Two years of automotive sales management experience. * Exceptional communication skills, speaking, writing, and listening. * Bi-lingual or multi-lingual a plus. * Strong negotiation skills. * Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office, Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK * experience preferred. * Ability to lead, and train.
