About Us Keller Supply Company is a family-owned independent distributor in the Western United States. We proudly support licensed HVAC contractors with quality products, technical expertise, and exceptional service. As we continue to expand in Northern California, we are hiring an experienced HVAC Outside Sales Representative to grow contractor relationships and drive territory sales. Responsibilities * Develop and manage relationships with licensed HVAC contractors * Conduct customer visits, job site calls, trainings, and ride-alongs * Promote HVAC equipment, ductless systems, IAQ products, and accessories * Identify new contractor accounts and sales opportunities * Provide quoting support and pricing guidance * Work closely with branch teams and vendor partners * Track sales activity and territory performance Qualifications * Experience in HVAC, building materials, distribution, or B2B outside sales preferred * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Self-motivated and results driven * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Ability to travel daily within assigned territory Preferred but not required: * HVAC or ductless system knowledge * Existing contractor relationships * Bilingual English/Spanish Compensation Base Salary Range: $65,000-$145,000 per year (depending on experience and territory assignment) Commission / Incentives: Uncapped performance-based commission plan Total Expected Annual Earnings: $95,000-$185,000++ (uncapped) Work Location * On the road (Northern California territory) Equal Opportunity Employer Keller Supply Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds.
